Beschreibung

This series displays the connection between humans and
house plants. Being the primary caregiver for these
plants, a powerful dynamic is created between the
person and their house plants.
As humans created symbolic meanings for flowers and
plants through history, the plant remains a silent
partner within a person‘s life, watching silently as
the caregiver lives their life,
accompanying them through major life changes.
However, as the human body is decaying, a house plant
can outlive them, be it by propagating them or handing
them over to new caregivers.
This transforms them into beings of eternal memories.
By placing them onto a human body in mundane
situations, the house plant gains an active place
within human relationships and receives recognition as
beings who can regenerate human memories.
